These General Terms of Service (GTS) govern all orders placed by the CUSTOMER for one or more services offered on this website by Te Conectamos tu Llamada SL (the PROVIDER).
These online GTS are accessible at any time on this website and shall prevail, if applicable, over any other version or any other conflicting document. The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version shall be applicable as soon as it is posted online.
Article 1: Definitions
CUSTOMER: Any individual or legal entity ordering a Service on the Site for personal needs, on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party.
Order: Any action by which the CUSTOMER places an order on the Site, selecting the desired service (e.g. requesting a UK ETA), completing the order process including payment under the conditions defined in Article 5.
UK ETA: An official travel document required by UK authorities to facilitate entry for eligible travelers. It streamlines border procedures and enhances security.
Host: The person or legal entity that provides hosting services for publicly accessible online content.
Internet: A global network for data exchange connecting servers and networks, accessible to users with suitable equipment.
Company: Te Conectamos tu Llamada SL, as identified above.
Service: All services offered by users accessible via this website.
User: Any person browsing the Site, whether or not they are a CUSTOMER.
Article 2: Purpose These Terms aim to define the contractual relationship between the SERVICE PROVIDER and the website users, enabling them to request a UK ETA for travel.
Using this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Placing an order for any Service signifies full acceptance of these Terms, excluding any other provisions. The CUSTOMER declares having read and accepted these Terms by ticking the acceptance box during the online order process.
In case of changes, the applicable conditions are those in effect at the date of the CUSTOMER’s order.
Article 3: Ordering Process The CUSTOMER requesting a UK ETA must:
Complete the identification form, entering all required information accurately.
Validate the form and review a summary page with:
All entered data;
Essential features of the requested service and price details;
Proceed to the Payment Information page to enter and confirm their banking information.
Upon payment, the PROVIDER will send an email confirmation with the order details.
Article 4: Service Pricing 4.1 UK ETA Request:
a) Service Fees: €119.00 including VAT. This covers:
Processing and admin fees;
Follow-up communication.
b) Refunds: Requests must be submitted via the contact form or refund form, providing complete personal data and file reference. If the request hasn’t been processed, a refund is automatically approved within 7 days. No refund is granted once the service has been completed. Lack of confirmation email does not entitle refund. Article 5: Payment Terms Full payment is due upon ordering. Payments must be made by credit card via a secure SSL-encrypted system. The PROVIDER becomes contractually bound only upon payment authorization from the banking organization.
Article 6: Delivery, Modification, Rejection ETA requests are usually processed in 12–72 hours. Once processed, the ETA will be sent by email in PDF format.
Modifications are not possible once the ETA has been submitted. A new request must be made for any changes.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal As per Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, once the service is fully performed with the consumer’s express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Given the urgency, the PROVIDER begins service execution immediately after payment validation, with the CLIENT’s explicit consent.
Article 8: Personal Data Te Conectamos tu Llamada SL, as data controller, processes personal data for administrative and commercial purposes in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018.

Article 12: Non-Official Site Notice This is not the official UK government website. The official UK ETA can be obtained for approximately £13 at https://www.gov.uk. This site offers additional guidance and support.
Article 13: Liability and Warranties The PROVIDER is not liable for interruptions, internet issues, or refusal of ETA issuance by UK authorities. The obligation is one of means, not results.
Article 14: Force Majeure The PROVIDER is not liable for non-performance due to events of force majeure under Spanish law.
Article 15: Changes to Terms The PROVIDER may update these Terms without notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
Article 16: Archiving Orders and invoices are securely archived for legal compliance.
Article 17: Partial Invalidity / No Waiver If a clause is invalid, others remain in effect. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of rights.
Article 18: Applicable Law / Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
